Sue graduated from The Ohio State University and has been actively selling real estate since 1988. Her efforts focus on working with buyers, sellers and investors (residential and commercial), managing 4 KW offices and conducting training courses for Realtors. Sue has received many awards, including the Lifetime Achievement Award through the Columbus Association of Realtors.

Chip keeps a pulse on the real estate market daily to help determine the best price for your home. As a listing agent, Chip presents offers, negotiates contracts and works to get your home sold!

Kristy has been a licensed Realtor with The Parrish Team since 2010 after graduating from Ohio University. She helps buyers find a place they can enjoy calling home, sellers to get the most money possible out of their home and investors get the best return on their investments. She achieved her 5 Million Dollar Sales Club award with The Columbus Association of Realtors in 2016.

Kyle graduated from the University of Toledo in 2013. Kyle became a licensed Realtor in 2021. After
leaving his career of 10 years in Personal Training, Kyle joined his wife and in-laws on the Parrish Team in
2024, to help all with finding the home that they desire. Kyle has a long passion for helping people and
