Chip and Sue are full-time top producing Realtors in the Columbus and surrounding areas. They have a team of 7 licensed Realtors working for their Buyer and Seller clients. Chip and Sue sell over 18 million of real estate annually and have each received Circle of Excellence Award, President's Council (ranked in the top 10% of the company), and, most importantly, the 100% Customer Satisfaction Award. Through the Columbus Board of Realtors, Chip & Sue have achieved the $1, $5, $10 and $25 Million Dollar Awards. They have received the President's Sales Awards annually from The Ohio Association of Realtors. The local Building Industry Association has presented them with numerous Awards. Sue is a recipient of the prestigious "40 Under 40" designation from Business First. Chip and Sue are graduates of The Ohio State University, have one daughter and are active in many professional and community activities.

Sue has been actively listing and selling Real Estate since 1988. Her efforts focus on marketing properties (resale, new construction and vacant land), working exclusively with buyers as a "Buyer Broker" and marketing the Team through personal promotion and conducting training courses for realtors. Sue has been inducted into the $25 Million Dollar Club for the Columbus Board of Realtors.Chip Parrish
In 1992, Chip joined Sue in the Real Estate business and has also been inducted into the $25 Million Dollar Club. Chip researches the real estate market on a daily basis to stay abreast of fluctuations and trends that help determine the best price for your home.
